TVpick is an independent comparison service. We want every brand’s products described correctly. If something about yours is wrong, or you want something removed, tell us and we will act on it.

Facts and opinions

• Specifications are what was published about the product, mostly by the manufacturer itself and by retailers. We do not invent them. Where nothing was published, we say “not stated”, never “no”.
• Rankings, scores, verdicts and “best” labels are opinions produced by our own method, outlined in How ranking works. They are based on published specifications, prices and ratings, together with our editorial judgement. They are not test results and are not statements of fact about any product, brand or company.
• No brand can pay for a place in our rankings, and none is ranked down for any commercial reason.

Trademarks and images

Brand names, product names and logos are used only to identify products, as any comparison must. Product images are taken from manufacturers’ and retailers’ public pages to show the product being described. We claim no ownership of them, and their use does not suggest any affiliation with or endorsement by the brand.

Corrections and removal

Write to [email protected] from an official company address, with:

• the page address on TVpick;
• what is wrong, or what you want removed;
• for a correction, the official page or document that shows the correct value.

We aim to correct verified errors, and to remove an image or logo you ask us to remove, within 7 days, and often sooner. You can send complaints to the same contact email.
